This page explains how Clarté handles information submitted through the workload evaluation form and what data is intentionally excluded from that flow.

Please share only the details needed to evaluate workload fit. Do not submit credentials, raw SQL, confidential business data, or sensitive personal data.

Collected fields

Contact	Name, work email, organisation, role.	Identify the person requesting the evaluation and support follow-up.
Workload profile	Largest analytical table, typical query scope, peak concurrent queries, shuffle join frequency, required response time, ingestion mode, deployment requirement, primary problem, decision timing.	Assess workload shape, operational constraints, and deployment expectations.
Context	Optional free-text workload context, capped at 2,000 characters.	Capture business-safe background needed for a useful first review.
Consent	Explicit acknowledgement linked to this page.	Confirm the submitter agrees to the described handling for the evaluation request.

No fingerprinting is enabled.
No unnecessary cookies are set by the workload evaluation form.
Workload-form values are not sent to analytics payloads.

Use business-safe examples when extra context is helpful.
Keep personal data to normal business contact details only.
